Larimar Kennel is a small Border Collie and Papillon kennel in Western North Carolina. We naturally rear our puppies the way nature intended. We do not use harmful or toxic chemicals on, in or around our dogs. We feed species appropriate foods and expect our puppies' owners to do the same. Larimar provides guidance for those who would like to learn about raw feeding and natural rearing.
We Feel outside play time and freedom to play as the dogs wish keeps them happy. I have found a good amount of off leash play results in good recalls.
Many of our dogs are finished AKC Champions or have competed in sports, Herding, Rally and Fast Cat are some of the sports they have competed in. Several dogs we have placed are competing in Agility, Nose Work and conformation.
